About Brent
Brent Nielson has built a continuous presence in Idaho’s courtroom work because the mid-2000s. He works on contested matters and appears frequently in state courts. His strategy is easy and realistic. He prepares instances for trial and manages the procedural needs that come with family regulation litigation.
He completed his undergraduate research at Brigham Young University, earning a B.S. in 2002. He stayed in Provo for law program and received his J.D. from BYU Law School in 2005. Those years set the inspiration for courtroom practice and procedural work that could define his early career.
Nielson was admitted to practice in Idaho in 2005. He holds memberships with the Idaho Supreme Court, the District Court of Idaho, and the United States District Court, all since 2005. He is likewise a member of the Idaho State Bar Family Law Litigation Section, reflecting where so much of his courtroom activity is focused. Over 20 years, those admissions have allowed him to manage matters in both state and federal forums when important.
His work facilities on family regulation legal proceedings. He handles custody disputes, child support cases, spousal support things and the department of assets and debts.
