About Brendon
Brendon Carrington began his legal journey at Princeton University, the place he earned a Bachelor of Arts. He went directly to graduate from Harvard Law School. Those youth set a clear direction: a curiosity in complex litigation and federal practice.
Early in his profession Carrington served as a clerk to Judge Patrick E. Higginbotham at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The clerkship uncovered him to appellate process and the demands of federal appellate work. After the clerkship he joined Ropes & Gray LLP as a securities trial lawyer. There he handled disputes springing up from financial regulation, company governance, and related commercial matters.
In 2017 Carrington have become a partner at Rottenstreich Farley Bronstein Fisher Potter Hodas LLP. The move marked a shift toward leadership roles in litigation groups and client strategy. Over time he mixed that knowledge with federal court work. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida and holds admissions to several federal courts, including the Fifth Circuit and district courts in Massachusetts, Southern Florida and Western Texas.
Carrington later helped discovered Barrow Brown Carrington, PLLC. As a founding member he has overseen case intake, litigation preparation and appellate filings. His practice draws on years spent in each large company and boutique settings. That background informs how he manages teams and allocates assets on complicated things.
Colleagues describe him as exacting in legal analysis and direct in court settings. He has a procedural eye honed by appellate knowledge and a realistic sense of how federal filings play out before judges and juries. His time at a national firm gave him publicity to excessive-stakes securities disputes. His clerkship and next federal admissions gave him repeated work before appellate and district courts.
Outside of litigation, Carrington has been engaged in bar things to do and professional networks. He maintains memberships in legal associations that align with federal and securities practice. He has also taken roles that require coordinating throughout jurisdictions when instances involve multi-district or cross-border elements.
Today he practices from Barrow Brown Carrington, PLLC, the place his work continues to span securities litigation, federal-court things and appeals practice. He concentrates his recent practice on securities litigation, appellate work and federal legal proceedings.
