About Brandon Warren

Brandon Warren Weaver earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2003. He completed his legal research at the San Antonio campus and entered the career after commencement. Those early years of training at law school gave him the foundation for a practice rooted in Texas law. He stays connected to the state that licensed him to practice.

He practices law in Texas and is based at Allen & Weaver, PC. Over the years he has handled matters that require careful attention to procedural detail and client communication. He has knowledge preparing court filings, counseling clients on their options under state regulation, and appearing in state court hearings. Colleagues describe his courtroom work as steady and straightforward. He approaches casework with an emphasis on clear legal analysis and realistic next steps.

Weaver’s strategy to cases blends studies and direct client engagement. He spends time identifying the legal matters that topic most to the people he represents. That frequently means sorting thru statutory text, prior selections, and factual records to build a concise plan. He also manages the administrative side of instances, which includes discovery and pretrial motions, so clients have a realistic sense of timing and risk. Outside of hearings and filings, he prioritizes keeping clients knowledgeable and setting achievable dreams for every stage of a topic.

He serves clients from his workplace at Allen & Weaver, PC, where he handles things springing up beneath Texas regulation. His practice centers on client representation in state civil and administrative things and related proceedings. He continues to work from his company in Texas and keeps an active practice targeted on the enforcement and protection of client rights under state statutes and court guidelines.
