About Brandon
Brandon Ceglian educated in Colorado and the Mountain West. He earned a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2002 after completing a B.S. in Political Science and Mass Communications at Black Hills State University in 1998. Those academic years set the stage for a career that moved shortly from clerking to personal practice.
His first position after law school was as a law clerk at Burns Wall Smith and Mueller, P.C., in 2001. He stayed on as an affiliate there in 2002. He later joined Montgomery, Kolodny, Amatuzio & Dusbabek, L.L.P. as an associate in 2004. In 2005 he started practicing on his own as The Law Offices of Brandon R. Ceglian. A stint as an associate at Anest & Brown, P.C. observed in 2006. By 2008 he had returned to private ownership because the principal of Law Offices of Brandon R. Ceglian, P.C. His current office operates beneath the name CeglianLaw, PC.
Ceglian is licensed to practice in Colorado and earlier than the Tenth Circuit. He is likewise a notary public affiliated with his company. Over the years his work has covered negotiating and drafting leases, advising landlords and tenants, and handling disputes that occur from those arrangements. He handles transactional matters and associated courtroom work when disputes require legal proceedings.
Outside the workplace he has taken on public-facing roles that maintain him connected to both legal and lay audiences. Since 2014 he has hosted a program on Velocity Radio called "Law Talk with Brandon R. Ceglian." He speaks for persevering with-schooling providers as well. Beginning in 2014 he introduced on business and home lease bargaining and on applicable case regulation and legislative advancements for Lorman Education Services. He has worked with Sterling Education Services since 2013 to gift periods on landlord and tenant obligations.
He maintains memberships in several local bar teams, which includes the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Douglas/Elbert Bar Association. That local involvement complements his courtroom admissions within the Tenth Circuit and his practice in Colorado.
Ceglian’s practice blends transactional work and legal proceedings tied to real property and lease things. He currently practices thru CeglianLaw, PC and centers his practice on landlord-tenant matters, rent bargaining, and related civil problems in Colorado.
