About Brady

Brady Pendleton earned his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2011. He completed his legal studies as the state and national legal landscape have been adjusting to new post-recession realities. The diploma based the inspiration for a profession practiced completely in Texas.

He moved quickly from law school into practice. Since graduating, Pendleton has worked for clients throughout the state. His work has required common appearances in state forums and continuous interplay with regulatory systems that affect businesses and individuals alike. That realistic experience has formed how he approaches each matter: attentive to element and pragmatic about results.

Early in his profession he focused on growing core court and counseling skills. He handled research-intensive duties, drafted court filings and motions, and organized for hearings.
