About Ben
Ben Volpe brings a mix of presidency and personal practice knowledge to his work in Colorado. He studied homeland safety earlier than turning to regulation. That background shows up in the realistic, procedural approach he takes to legal issues.
He earned a Master of Professional Studies in Homeland Security from George Washington University—Virginia Campus in 2010. He later attended The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2019.
Volpe began his professional legal career within the federal system. In 2018 he served as a freelance regulation clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice. The role put him into federal contract things and exposed him to government litigation processes. After law program he labored as an associate at Higgins Hopkins McLain & Roswell in 2019, the place he treated matters assigned to him and assisted on a range of client documents.
In 2020 he based Volpe Law LLC. He constructed the firm round handling client work across state and federal channels and managing day-to-day legal operations. As a small-company principal he's responsible for both casework and the business of running a tradition. That aggregate has formed how he approaches client intake, deadlines and court preparation.
Outside the workplace he's lively in professional circles. He holds membership in the Denver Bar Association and the Parker Chamber of Commerce. Those memberships keep him connected to the local legal and business groups. They also provide a regular stream of continuing legal education and networking that feeds again into his practice.

Volpe lives and works in Colorado and continues to accept instances thru Volpe Law LLC. He currently concentrates his practice on matters that occur beneath Colorado regulation and on federal matters that touch clients within the state.
