Beau Mayfield built a career that moves among courtrooms, corporate workplaces and a small downtown practice. He earned a B.A. in Native American Studies from the University of California, Davis in 2005 and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2008. Early in his legal career he labored as a regulation clerk on the Law Offices of Thomas Geraghty in 2007 after which served as a judicial regulation clerk in 2009 for the State of Hawaii, First Circuit. His role there positioned him on the intersection of corporate governance, securities compliance and day-to-day legal risk management for a public organization. He returned to the private sector in 2015 as an attorney for Kroll Ontrack, a company recognized for e-evidence-gathering process and data-recovery offerings. That role broadened his publicity to litigation help and the technical side of proof preservation.
Since 2018 he has operated the Law Office of Beau Mayfield as a small enterprise proprietor and solo practitioner.
