Barbara H. Agricola built a basis in law thru consecutive learn about and practical exposure. She earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law after finishing a B.A. on the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she studied political science, philosophy and law. The next yr she served as a regulation clerk to Judge Joel F. Dubina at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2013 she worked for Chief Judge W. Keith Watkins of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. The series exposed her to trial and appellate procedures and to the workings of three wonderful federal benches.

She moved into private practice after those clerkships. In 2012 she was an associate at Jemison & Mendelsohn, where she treated litigation matters and client counseling. Two years later she established Agricola Law and became a companion and owner. Since founding the firm in 2014 she has handled a variety of civil litigation and regulatory things, often representing clients in federal court and before administrative bodies.

Agricola is licensed to practice in Alabama and Georgia and is likewise admitted to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Her credentialing includes a Lead Counsel verification. She holds memberships in each the Alabama State Bar and the Georgia State Bar, and she participates in professional and civic organizations such because the Columbus Inn of Court, the Opelika Rotary Club, and nearby chambers of trade in Auburn and Opelika.
