About Arthur H.

Arthur H. Lang constructed an expert lifestyles that crosses disciplines. He started within the humanities and sciences, moved into instructional management, and later trained as an attorney. The path is not unusual. The mix of degrees is, and it shapes the way he strategies legal questions.

Lang earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas–Austin. He continued his research at Chadron State College, taking coursework in Math Education and later finishing a Master of Arts in Educational Administration. He completed legal studies at Rutgers School of Law–Newark, the place he received a Juris Doctor. Those educational stops offer a variety of perspectives: study room practice, institutional management, and the study of regulation.

After law program, Lang became a member of the bars in New Jersey and New York. He is also admitted to practice earlier than the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Those admissions permit him to manage things that traverse state boundaries and to participate in federal appellate work where procedures and precedent play a central position.

Lang’s background in both the general public and educational sides of education gives him a realistic sense of institutional dynamics. He often frames legal issues in terms of systems and guidelines that govern organizations as much as person disputes. He currently focuses his practice on things springing up in New Jersey and New York and on federal appeals within the Third Circuit.
