Arnold William Gross is a certified attorney licensed to practice law within the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1973. His license is currently in active standing. Mr. Gross earned his law degree degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law in 1973. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at UCLA, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970, with a major in English and a minor in Music. During his time at UCLA, he was actively concerned in a number of scholar organizations and developed a robust basis in legal studies.
Mr. Gross concentrates his practice within the areas of personal injury and property law. He advocates for individuals and businesses in matters involving workplace injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and real estate disputes. His practice encompasses all levels of litigation, which includes initial case evaluation, evidence-gathering process, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in each state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gross has treated cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also seemed before the California Court of Appeal on multiple events. Prior to founding his personal company, he labored as an associate at a mid-size litigation company in Century City for five years.
Mr. Gross is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Ventura County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Inns of Court, Jerome H. Berenson Branch, where he served as Master Emeritus from 1995 to 2019. He is also a certified mediator thru the Los Angeles County Superior Court facilitated negotiation software. Mr. Gross is English-speaking, Farsi, Spanish, and Armenian, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
