About Anthony

Anthony Kozycki took an unconventional route to the regulation. He began at the United States Naval Academy, earning a B.S. in economics in 2008. He moved straight into naval aviation, completing Naval Flight Officer training and receiving his Naval Aviation Wings by 2010. Early assignments put him in the cockpit of F/A-18F Super Hornets and into leadership roles as a mission commander with Strike Fighter Squadron forty one.

His army profession covered a posting foreign. In 2014 he served as an U.S. naval consultant to the Royal Australian Air Force’s 1 Squadron. The operational pace and management needs of these years left him relaxed making rapid, excessive-stakes decisions.

A transition to law began within the late 2010s. Kozycki enrolled at Georgia State University College of Law and earned his J.D. in 2021. While in law program he completed a Certificate in Advocacy, including court training to a resume that already covered command knowledge. Even before completing his diploma, he had realistic regulation-office experience; he served as company administrator at Kozycki Law, LLC in 2017 and later took on legal internships that broadened his exposure to criminal and government legal proceedings.

Those internships examine like a cross-area of public interest and authorities work. In 2019 he spent time in the litigation department of the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Chief Counsel, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. That same yr he used to be a capital defender intern at the Georgia Public Defender Council’s Office of the Capital Defender. In 2021 he worked as a legal intern in the DeKalb County Public Defender’s Office. Each placement put him in courtrooms and case groups, and each further to his realistic grasp of trial preparation and courtroom procedure.

Today he's a companion at Kozycki Law, LLC. He maintains club in the State Bar of Georgia and within the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and he's certified to practice in Georgia. His background blends military command and aviation operations with hands-on knowledge in public defense and government legal proceedings.

Clients and colleagues describe a practitioner who brings a methodical strategy to casework and an emphasis on preparation. His practice draws on skills honed in each services and courtrooms: making plans, risk evaluation, and an appetite for contested proceedings. He currently practices at Kozycki Law, LLC in Georgia, handling felony protection things and work informed by his authorities litigation knowledge.
