Anthony C McMullin constructed his academic foundation close to domestic before turning to regulation. He earned an A.S. from Dixie State College and a B.S. from Southern Utah University. He then attended Ohio Northern University, where he received his J.D. That series of degrees set up a transition from common research to expert practice.

After law program he began practicing in the Intermountain West. He is licensed to practice in each Utah and Nevada and holds membership in the Nevada State Bar. Over time his work narrowed towards civil claims involving accidents. He moved from early general practice into a steadier attention on matters that occur from injuries and harmful incidents.
