Ann Manning is the managing partner of Underwood Law Firm's Lubbock workplace, specializing in employment, education, and healthcare law. She has been practicing law in Texas since 1984 and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Manning earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1984 and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Tech University in 1970. She has represented clients which includes faculty districts, employers, universities, churches, and monetary institutions.
