About Ann M. I.
Ann M. I. Mozey built a measured path into the law. She combined liberal arts and graduate study before turning to legal training. The end result is a practice shaped by years of study and practical work.
Mozey graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts. She stayed in Minnesota for graduate faculty and earned a M.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1991. After numerous years of extra academic work she finished her J.D. at William Mitchell College of Law in 1997.
After law school Mozey entered private practice. Over time she established her own company, Ann M. I. Mozey, PLLC, through which she handles a variety of client matters. Her expert experience covers client counseling, written advocacy, negotiation and court appearances. She has labored for person clients and small organizations, managing things from intake thru resolution.
Mozey brings a measured, analytical approach to every case. Her graduate research tell how she researches and frames legal issues. Her law training guided her through legal proceedings and transactional procedure, and she applies those disciplines to everyday client work. Mozey maintains an active role in day-to-day case control at her company and handles client communication personally.
Outside of the court she has continued to follow developments within the law and to refine practice procedures to higher serve clients.
