About Andrew
Andrew Pinto educated first as a scholar of the liberal arts and then as a lawyer. He earned a B.A. from Wake Forest University before enrolling at Elon University School of Law, where he acquired his J.D. His educational background combined study room work and practical skills education, and it set the stage for a steady profession in private practice.
Soon following law school, Pinto entered the practice of law. He joined the firm now known as Pinto Coates Kyre & Bowers, PLLC, and built experience advising clients and handling courtroom matters. Over the direction of his profession he has worked on matters that required litigation, negotiation, and written advocacy, frequently balancing files and deadlines alongside client conferences and courtroom appearances.
Pinto’s work has required him to transport among strategy and element. He prepares pleadings, conducts legal studies, and develops case plans. He additionally spends time in direct client contact, explaining options and possible outcomes in plain language. Colleagues describe him as methodical in how he organizes documents and practical in how he gifts legal issues to clients and judges.
Outside of casework he has contributed to firm-level discussions about case control and client intake. He has been involved in mentoring more recent attorneys on the company, helping them learn procedures and courtroom practice. That combination of hands-on legal proceedings work and inner practice management informs how he approaches the enterprise of regulation. He has also maintained ties to his alma mater networks in North Carolina.
Today Pinto practices at Pinto Coates Kyre & Bowers, PLLC, the place he provides representation and counsel to individuals and businesses. His day-to-day work continues to include record drafting, client counseling, and courtroom appearances, and he stays based at the company’s office while taking on things for a range of clients.
