About Andrew J.

Andrew J. Holcomb constructed his legal path in Wyoming. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wyoming in 2015 and returned to the same campus to complete his law degree at the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2022. Those educational years provided shape and an immersion in Wyoming law, and they set the stage for the realistic work that followed.

After completing law program, Holcomb moved into practice in the state where he educated. He is admitted to practice in Wyoming and is part of the team at David McCarthy P.C. At the company he handles client things that arise beneath state regulation, operating on cases and transactions that require an understanding of nearby rules and courtroom procedures.
