About Amanda N.

Amanda N. Follett took a path from the sciences to the regulation. She earned a B.A. in biology and psychology from Lawrence University earlier than attending Rutgers School of Law–Camden, where she acquired her J.D. in 2014. While in law school she served as a judicial intern in 2013 for Circuit Judge Dolores K. Sloviter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, an experience that brought her to appellate procedure and court drafting.

After law school, Follett started her legal career in Delaware. In 2014 she worked at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, gaining publicity to firm practice and state and federal legal proceedings in the area. That early position placed her in a conventional firm setting and gave her knowledge with case preparation and client things quickly after passing the bar.

In 2016 Follett relocated to Wisconsin and joined Schloemer Law Office, S.C. as an attorney. She has since practiced from the firm’s offices, which includes an office in Kewaskum. Her work spans matters that occur on the county level and in state courts, and she or he applies procedural information developed through each her internship at the Third Circuit and her time at a Delaware company. Follett is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and Delaware, and she or he handles filings and client representation throughout those jurisdictions.

Follett keeps professional ties to the nearby legal community. She is a current member of the Washington County Bar Association, collaborating in bar things to do and nearby networking. Colleagues describe her as steady in legal proceedings duties and attentive to courtroom time limits. Her background in biology and psychology sometimes informs case preparation, particularly the place technical or human-factors issues appear in proof or expert reports.

Today, Follett practices law from Schloemer Law Office, S.C., serving clients through the firm’s Kewaskum workplace and different nearby places. She continues to work on litigation and client representation in Wisconsin and Delaware courts, managing things that arise out of those jurisdictions in her current practice.
