About Adam Scott

Adam Scott Goldberg builds his profession on the intersection of law and schooling. He holds degrees that reflect that dual curiosity: a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University earned in 1995, a LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law completed in 1998, and an Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University awarded in 2019. Those credentials body a resume that moves between the classroom and the conference room.

Goldberg began coaching early in his professional life. In 1998 he served as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern College of Law. He returned to the study room in 2015 as an accessory at the University of Miami School of Law. His doctoral work later further a formal schooling credential to his legal training, and he has applied that background to both educational and firm work.

In personal practice Goldberg became a senior companion at Revis Hervas & Goldberg P.A. in 2002. That role has anchored his expert lifestyles for more than two decades. The title indicates a management position at the company and long-time period involvement in managing client matters and firm affairs. He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.

Goldberg’s LL.M. in estate planning shapes a clear area of technical knowledge on his résumé. He brings graduate-degree study to questions about trusts, wills and the structuring of estates. His educational posts suggest an ability to give an explanation for complex topics to others. Those two strands—advanced study and coaching knowledge—inform how he approaches client work and mentoring within his firm.

Colleagues and students have encountered him in diverse roles: as a professor in law program lecture rooms and as a partner at a personal practice. The aggregate of an Ed.D. and a graduate Juris Doctor is now not common, and it has given him possibilities to transport to and fro between educational settings and client practice. His work at Revis Hervas & Goldberg P.A. reflects that hybrid profile, where practical legal hassle-solving meets attention to doctrinal element.

He continues in personal practice as a senior companion whilst maintaining ties to law school training. His current practice concentrates on estate planning and related matters.
