About Adam

Adam Justinger practices on both facets of state and federal courtrooms across Minnesota and North Dakota. He is licensed to the Minnesota and North Dakota bars and to the United States District Courts for the Districts of Minnesota and North Dakota, in addition to the Eighth Circuit. That range of admissions underpins work that often brings him from county courthouses to federal dockets.

His profession consists of leadership in the local legal network. In 2023 he served as president of the Cass County Bar Association, a position that required coordination among judges, prosecutors, defense counsel, and local practitioners. He joined the Inn of Court in 2022 and holds memberships in numerous professional institutions dating to 2018: the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the North Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a Young Professionals Network.
